Probiert sie doch aus, Ihr werdet keinen Unterschied zu der Suppe Eures Lieblingschinesen merken. Sie schmeckt noch mal um einiges besser.<\/p>\n<h2>Sichuan K\u00fcche<\/h2>\n<p>Die westchinesische K\u00fcche ist vor allem in den Provinzen Sichuan, Hunan und Yunnan beheimatet und wird mitunter auch Sichuan-K\u00fcche genannt. Sichuan ist die viertbev\u00f6lkerungsreichste Provinz Chinas und gilt als \u201eReiskammer\u201c des Landes.In der j\u00fcngeren Vergangenheit hat sich der Anbau von Mais, Kartoffeln und S\u00fc\u00dfkartoffeln sehr verbreitet.<\/p>\n<p>Die wesentlichen Merkmale der westchinesischen K\u00fcche sind die Verwendung von eingelegtem Gem\u00fcse, vor allem Knoblauch, Chinakohl und Bambussprossen, sowie die Sch\u00e4rfe der meisten Gerichte durch die reichliche Verwendung von Chili, wei\u00dfem Pfeffer und einheimischem Szechuanpfeffer. Diese K\u00fcche gilt als weltweit die einzige, die alle verf\u00fcgbaren pfefferartigen Gew\u00fcrze in einer Speise kombiniert. Diese Vorliebe f\u00fcr Sch\u00e4rfe ist schon in sehr alten Quellen belegt und ist nicht erst in der Neuzeit durch die Einf\u00fchrung der Chili aus Amerika entstanden.
